YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Monitor beverage cost and control according to hotel revenue and budget
  • Create and maintain guest history for drunkard and high spenders
  • Generate daily beverage revenues and average checks with Managers
  • Explore and introduce new products to generate revenue
  • Responsible of equipment inventory and stock take
  • Conduct weekly and monthly trainings related products and services
  • Recommendations on food and wine match in a professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant wine knowledge education or similar standard in hotel/ food and beverage studies
  • Significant experience in the food & beverage industry
  • Excellent knowledge in food and wine
  • Good general level of education
  • Good knowledge in computer skills
  • Speak both English and Chinese
