Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Secretary to support Head of Sales and Marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Head of Sales and Marketing's calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and performing various administrative duties for entire Sales and Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Head of Sales & Marketing's calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary

  • Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation

  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents as requested

  • Conduct research and analysis on industry trends, market competitors, and other topics as needed

  • Manage and prioritize appointments, incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence

  • Provide administrative support as needed


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or a related field

  • Exposure in Reservations, Rooms Sales, Revenue and Front Office will be a definite advantage

  • 1+ years of experience as a secretary or personal assistant is perferred

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and spoken Chinese and English

  • Proficiency in usage in AI, Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Candidate with more expereince will be considered as Secretary - Sales & Marketing
