Assistant IT Manager

Looking for an energetic individual who is passionate about the hospitality industry.

The job holder will work closely with IT Director and lead IT team to provide operational support to our hotels in Hong Kong and manage implementation of IT projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Execute tasks of IT operations including design, implementation, monitoring, and future upgrades of IT systems and applications
• Monitor IT-related systems and operation at hotel level and ensure that corporate standards and guidelines are complied
• Plan and execute project tasks according to deadlines and within budget
• Coordinate efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver the project
• Keep up-to-date with new technology developments and evaluate their suitability for operations
• Test and evaluate all security patches and other software updates as and when they are released, and manage their rollouts at the properties.
• Develop and conduct relevant training when required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder or above in IT / Computer Science
• 4-6 years relevant experience in similar role
• Knowledge of hotel systems preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Less experience candidate will be considered as IT Officer
