Senior Bartender / Bartender

About the role:

Using an array of fresh fruits and vegetables, intriguing herbs and spices, crafted infusions, sodas and syrups, you will create cocktails for the palate and pleasure of every Member. At Carlyle & Co., we don’t simply make drinks; we craft a rich experience. You will be supporting our Head of Bars to elevate Member moments with a seamless combination of drinks mixing classic nostalgia with contemporary creativity. This is a unique role in a global brand development journey – and we’d love to have you on-board!

What you need to have:

• Broad knowledge of spirits and liquor, plus next-level bartending skills – a passion for Japanese libations is a distinct advantage
• Confidence and charisma, with a passion for service and guiding guests on deeply personal drinking journeys
• Outstanding storytelling techniques (through drinks and stimulating conversation!) to engage with our Members
• A proven track record in bar operations in a similar capacity
• A strong command of English

What you will do:

• Create incredible experiences for our Members by creating cocktails that are tailored to the whims and preference of each individual
• Share your unrivalled knowledge of product and flavour profiles with our Members
• Ensure every part of our bar service meets the Carlyle & Co. level of excellence – from cocktail prep and bartending, to garnishing and presentation
• Interact with Members to obtain feedback and build positive relationships – don’t be shy, take a bow!
• Support the Head of Bars in operations, whilst consistently performing at the highest level and with the utmost productivity
