Assistant MIS Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily operation, system administration and maintenance on infrastructure, including hotel operation system, application system, networking and hardware etc.
  • Assist MIS Manager in system implementation and users training
  • Work closely with vendor to shoot and address any IT issues
  • Ensure the compliance of IT standards, policies and procedures
  • Identify training needs and recommend actions in order to resolve those needs
  • Any other assignments that may request by Management from time to time

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience preferably gained in hospitality industry
  • Proficient in Hotel Operating Software and System
  • Knowledge of network systems and administration
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
