We are looking for a Chef de Partie based at Aberdeen Marina Club!
As a Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:
- Assist and support Sous Chef to ensure high quality of food production
- To Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the section
- Manage and estimate the daily production needs and check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
- Monitor the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen
- Ensure high standards of food production meeting customers' expectations and company standard
We are looking for someone who has:
- Form 5 or Certificate holder of western kitchen of Vocational Training Council
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in related professions, extensive knowledge of western cuisine
- A team player with positive attitude and proactive
- Good command of English and Cantonese
