Assistant Chef (Asian and Western Cuisine)

Job Description:

Manage day-to-day kitchen operations

Maintain hygiene, work health & safety and service standards

Align with service staff to provide outstanding customer service

Requirements:

Secondary school graduate

Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Asian / Western restaurants

Hardworking, proactive and responsible

Location of work: Lamma Island

Shift duty is required

中五畢業, 1年廚師經驗(西餐/東南亞餐)

工作地點: 南丫島

需輪班工作: 8am – 6pm, 11am – 9pm
