Health Club Supervisor

We are looking for a Health Club Supervisor based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Health Club Supervisor, we rely on you to:

• Greet all guests and members entering and exiting the Health Club
• Explain the facilities to the guests and take reservations for services
• Handle all billing and cashiering transactions 
• Maintain and build relationship with guests 
• Supervise all Health Club Associate to ensure that all services provided are in accordance with the highest level of performances and quality standards
• Ensuring club equipments and facilities are in good order and condition

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3 years of working experience in similar capacity preferably in the hotel/spa industry
• Holder of High Diploma / Diploma in Hospitality Management
• A valid lifesaving and resuscitation award /certificate
• Positive and caring attitude, self-driven and motivated
• Proficient in oral and written English
