Bar Manager / Bar Assistant Manager / Bartender

Madame Fu is a fabulous restaurant in Tai Kwun, Central with lounges, bars and private dining, renovated in a classic, colonial setting.  We merge contemporary Cantonese food and art with luxurious sophisticated service. We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and proactive Bar Manager and bar member.

  Responsibilities:

• Develop a quality and innovative beverage menu
• Well understand the drinks list and create new variety of craft cocktail / mocktail
• Ensure guests receive extraordinary experience
• Recommend and provide beverage choices to guests according to professional knowledge
• Engage in effective cost / wastage control and efficient resources utilization.
• Preparation of Bar set up and maintain inventory to ensure smooth operation 
• Ensure all occupational health and safety measures are in place
• Support staff training and development and drive the team to generate sales
• Ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic in crafting cocktails & drinks, self-motivated, professional, eager to explore with positive team spirit
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in F&B or the hospitality industry
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Good command of English and Cantonese is an advantage
• Well-organized with a strong sense of responsibility  
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Bar Manager

• Prepare high standard drinks to guests, including coffee, tea, cocktails and wine

• Keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement
• 保持吧台區域整潔，確保符合安全衛生要求
• 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
• 有1-2年相關經驗者優先
• Knowledge of wine is a definite advantage
• 對酒品有認識更佳
• Passion in serving customers with beverage and wine
• 樂意以專業服務為顧客提供飲品
• Good command of English, Cantonese/Mandarin is an advantage
• 能以中英文對答
