Responsibilities

  • Act as a shift in-charge for the team briefing, task assignment and food & service operation;
  • Monitor performance and provide training for both Team Member and casual worker;
  • Ensure all meal orders are served in a timely and smooth manner in accordance to order;
  • Assist for table setting, assignment and banquet event in case of need;
  • Handling guest billing and customer complaint in a professional manner; 
  • Promote seasonal Food & Beverage products 

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hotel or F&B group;
  • Knowledge of Chinese Restaurant service operations;
  • Self motivated and detial minded with strong communication and leadership skills;
  • Willing to work on-shift duty, knowledge of Putonghua and English knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as F&B Team Leader
