Job Descriptions:
- Reporting to Admin Manager, handle daily accounting duties including input accounting data (income/ expense/petty cash etc) for Out-Fo Group
- Prepare full set of accounts and monthly financial and management reports. Maintain a general ledger and statement of account
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with all policies and procedures
- Bank all the incomes/ expense (cash, currency and cheques) on regular basis.
- Support fundamental HR duties such as Salary calculation, Preparing salary slip, MPF submission and staff leaves records
- General accounts and admin duties - Handle invoices, payments, receipts & posting
- Arrange filings to IRD and CR and preparing documents for other government departments as required by senior management
- Handle accounts payable and receivable records, bank transactions and petty cash management
- Perform office and sales events administration, and clerical work such as facilities maintenance, replenishment of office supplies, procurement
- Liaise with vendors for office procurement and facilitates maintenance
- Handle ad-hoc projects and any PA tasks as assigned and delegated by manger and management / Boss
Requirements:
- High-diploma / Associate Degree or University in any business administration discipline.
- 2-3 years experiences in related accounting role is highly preferred
- Experience working as personal assistant is a bonus
- Knowledge in basic accounting and taxation concepts
- Motivation to learn, can work independently and as a team player
- Extra Careful with details, flexible and willing to learn
- Self-motivated, well-mannered and with good communication skills
- Able to work in a fast pace environment, can work under pressure
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
