Job Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by answering incoming service requests/enquiries, via phone, chat, email & online requests from tenants and visitors        
  • Provide comprehensive and high-quality customer hotline service work
  • Assist in administrative support, such as record keeping
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • DSE and above
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Hotline or Customer Services
  • Customer oriented with good telephone manners and communication skills
  • Proactive and polite with problem-solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
