QUALIFICATIONS

• Holder of diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3  years  relevant experience in front desk opeartion
• Familiar with scenic, heritage, daily life and activities within Shatin area
• Mature, independent, pleasant personality with excellent communication skills
• Proficient in opera system and excelleent coaching skills
• Good command in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
