YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Assist Manager in daily operations to ensure quality service and standards while delivering a guest experience that is unique
  • Communicate additional meal requirements of guests such as allergies and dietary needs and special requests with other concern departments
  • Ensure all food and beverage equipment are in proper operational condition and are cleaned on a regular basis
  • Reporting customer feedback to Managers
  • Check guest satisfaction on service, food and beverage quality
  • Supervise the restaurant team on their day-to-day work
  • Recommendations on food and wine match in a professional manner

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong selling and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent knowledge in food and wine
  • Significant experience in the food & beverage industry
  • Professional in food and beverage related subjects
  • Adaptability in coping with the diversity of customers and their needs
