Responsibilities

  • Provide quality beverage services at the bar area in accordance with hotel standards
  • Prepare all beverage products and other settings
  • Perform stock take and monitor the inventory level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year of experience in bar operations
  • Strong in beverage knowledge is a must
  • Passion in quality service
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
