Service Centre Officer 服務中心主任



  • To answer all incoming calls in an excellent and consistent level in accordance to the hotel’s standards
  • To maintain and enhance the reputation and image of the hotel
  • To be accountable for extending courtesy to all guests and ensuring proper attention the guests perceived at all times
  • To maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure guests’ needs are satisfied
  • To handle every guest enquiry in a polite and courteous manner, collecting guest comments particular VIP Guests, Special Attention Guests and Regular Guests
  • To be accountable for handling guests’ complaints, comments and suggestions tactfully
  • Direct report to Duty Manager regarding incidents happening in the hotel by recording the details and actions taken
  • To monitor the performance of PABX/Voice Mail/Call Accounting Software
  • To perform any other tasks as assigned by Supervisors


  • High School graduate or holding Certificate in Hospitality or Hotel Management
  • Out-going personality with strong inter-personal and communication skill
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a must
  • One year of relevant experience is preferable
  • Fresh graduates are also welcome
