工作職責:
- 根據主廚的指示,準備和烹調食物,確保菜餚的品質和口味
- 預備和切割食材,包括蔬菜、肉類和魚類等
- 清洗、切割和製備各種配料和調味料,
- 負責保持廚房的清理和整潔,確保符合衛生標準
- 隨時關注食材的使用情況及儲存方式,並確保按時進貨
- 協助其他廚師完成日常工作任務
職位要求:
- 具備相關的學歷或餐飲工作經驗
- 優先,需具備對廚房操作基本的認識,
- 良好的溝通和團隊合作能力,
- 耐心、細心和良好的時間管理能力
- 具備高度的自我要求和對工作的熱情
- 有更多經驗的廚師將被考慮擔任更高職位
