Job Responsibilities :

  • To manage the bar operations
  • To prepare high standard drinks / cocktails to guests
  • To provide good customer services and products as well as the dining environment to our guests
  • To monitor the inventory of liquor/wine and other bar supplies
  • To keep bar area neat and tidy and ensure the compliance of the safety and sanitation requirement

Demi Chef / Chef de Partie

Job Responsibilities :

To assist the chef for day-to-day operations of the kitchen
To assist to produce of all food products under the guidelines of company
To ensure the quality standards and procedures are in line with company rules and regulations
To maintain the inventory of food and ingredients and replenishment
Monitor the cleanliness as well as sanitation of the kitchen

Requirement :

  • Diploma or equivalent vocational training certificate
  • At least 1 - 4 years relevant experience in F & B Industry
  • Good team player, good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Fluent to Communication in English
  • Valid Permit to work in Hong Kong
