We are looking for a Head Mixologist - Red Sugar based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!
As a Head Mixologist, we rely on you to:
- Responsible for managing and supervising all aspects of day-to-day operations and performance of the bar
- Good business accumen with a well rounded understanding of beverage cost management
- Ensure all service standard are maintained to high professional standards and all regulations regarding hygiene and safety are meet
- Develop and create a quality and innovative beverage menu in order to attract the potential market
- Provide and serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure guest needs and satisfaction are met
- Prepare opening and closing inventory of bar related items spirits
- Recruit, manage, train and develop the team members
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent guest interaction skills
- Sound understanding of various kind of spirits and wine
- Solid experience in creative mixology as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails
- Guest oriented and a good team player
- With formal training in Hospitality Management is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity or with supervisory responsibilities
- Well verse in written and spoken English and Chinese
