Shamrock Catering established in 1996 operates from a 5,000 square feet Kitchen 5 minute’s walk from Wong Chuk Hang MTR station.
Second Chef - Starting Salary from 27K with performance appraisal after probation.
The candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of hands-on working experience within a private club, hotel, international school private club, or a catering company with an emphasis on both western and Asian cuisine
Required
• Assist the Head Chef with the preparation and execution of catering for corporate lunches, dinners, cocktail receptions and high-end events.
• To ensure productivity, and quality control and provide excellent culinary and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on working experience within a private club, hotel, international school private club, or a catering company with an emphasis on both western and Asian cuisine Required
• To assist the Head Chef in the execution for both private and corporate events.
• To ensure ongoing quality control of both hygiene and food preparation, consistent quality of finished dishes.
• Good communication with basic English and Cantonese an advantage.
• Prepared to work outside at events, private homes, and corporate offices.
• Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for a section head position.
The remuneration will be commensurate with both past achievements, experience and qualifications.
