JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and greet all guests in a friendly, upbeat and positive manner
• Arrange for prompt parking and retrieving of vehicles of arriving and departing guests in a safe and friendly manner
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills and ensure all guests problems are handled in a timely manner so that guest satisfaction is achieved within the established guidelines
• Arrange staffing, scheduling, training, developing and monitoring of valet staff

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Form 6 or above with certificate in hospitality management advantageous
• Minimum 2 years of experience in driving / carpark management is preferred
• Holder of Driving License 1 & 2 and with knowledge of various types of cars and road system
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Shift duties required

相關經驗及資歷要求

• 中六或以上，修讀款待業、酒店管理或相關學科者將作優先考慮
• 最少兩年相關工作經驗
• 擁有第1及第2類別車輛牌照，對不同類型的汽車有認識，並熟悉香港道路系統
• 擁有良好溝通技巧，以客為本及有團隊合作精神
• 具備良好中文、英文及普通話讀寫能力
• 需輪班工作
