RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate daily restaurant operations by liaising with Head Chefs
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Service, operational prowess, taking the brand to a new level and upkeeping it
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
• Implement company policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
REQUIREMENTS
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager for 5 years, less experienced ones will be considered for Assistant Manager or below
• Proven customer service experience as a manager
• Extensive F&B knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
• In-depth service skills with ability to train wait staff on service standards
• Familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Fluent in Cantonese, bonus if can speak Putonghua
