Job duties:
- Handling the maintenance of various IT systems ensuring smooth hotel operations;
- In-house computer problem shooting;
- Provision of daily support and training to end-users;
- Implementing and executing the group MIS policies and network security;
- Planning and implementing IT-related activities to maintain stability;
- Functional and cost-effective IT systems which align with our brand standards within an individual property
Applicant with more experience will be considered as Assistant MIS Manager.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology;
- Proficient in hotel information systems, PMS, POS, Network Infrastructure, MS SQL Server, Citrix, MS Windows administration and configuration;
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in the hotel or hospitality industry;
- Proactive, independent, ability to work under pressure;
- Excellent technical skills, including in hardware & software troubleshooting;
- Good command of English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin
