Assistant MIS Manager / Senior MIS Officer

Job duties:

• Handling the maintenance of various IT systems ensuring smooth hotel operations;
• In-house computer problem shooting;
• Provision of daily support and training to end-users;
• Implementing and executing the group MIS policies and network security;
• Planning and implementing IT-related activities to maintain stability;
• Functional and cost-effective IT systems which align with our brand standards within an individual property

Applicant with more experience will be considered as Assistant MIS Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology;
• Proficient in hotel information systems, PMS, POS, Network Infrastructure, MS SQL Server, Citrix, MS Windows administration and configuration;
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in the hotel or hospitality industry;
• Proactive, independent, ability to work under pressure;
• Excellent technical skills, including in hardware & software troubleshooting;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and basic Mandarin
