Housekeeping Manager

We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Housekeeping Manager, we rely on you to:

• Responsible for providing leadership and maintaining the daily operation of all Housekeeping functions according to the standards established by the Hotel
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas and ensure quality standards are well-maintained
• Manage the administrative duties including P&L, roster planning, and stock inventory control
• Prepare related reports, verify and update room status so as to prioritize room cleaning for the team
• Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

• Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in Housekeeping Department, preferably in a similar capacity and international hotel experience will be an advantage
• Strong leadership skills & excellent interpersonal skills
• Quality-driven, customer and business results oriented
• Highly motivated and ambitious
• Proficient in PC application
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Cantonese; proficiency in spoken Mandarin is desired
