Duty Engineer 當值工程師

職責

• 監控酒店設備，以確保相關設備及系統有效地運作；
• 監控工程部的日常的運作，以確保技術員正確及時地完成工作；
• 協調工程部與各部門的溝通；
• 記錄及報告酒店日常維修工作

工作要求

• 持有工程相關文憑或證書, 例如屋宇裝備、電機工程、機械工程或其他相關學科；
• 至少3年的酒店相關工作經驗；
• 須持有工程相關牌照, 例如電牌及平安卡

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the efficiency and standard of all operating equipment and all trades of building facilities
• Monitoring daily R&M work orders and planned maintenance services to ensure they are completed properly and timely
• Co-ordinating with internal departments and outsiders to achieve a smooth operation
• Preparating reports for daily R&M repairs and maintenance works

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering such as Building Services, Electrical, Air-Conditioning, Mechanical or other related discipline
• Working experience in luxury hotels with at least 3 years in relevant experiences
• Holding Engineering-related licenses, e.g. Safety Training Certificate,  Electrical worker license
