Food & Beverage Coordinator / Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to F&B department
  • To provide the daily clerical support to the Operation Teams, such as procurement, licences renewal, taking minutes, petty cash reimbursement, records and file maintenance etc.
  • To perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in administrative duties
  • Proficiency in computer knowledge
  • Proactive, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
