Sales Officer

Responsibilities:

• Communicate closely with customers and respond to enquiry;
• Follow up sales orders and delivery schedules;
• Liaise with internal departments for order processing and scheduling;
• Provide general sales administration support;
• Perform ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education in any discipline with minimum 2-year relevant experience;
• Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Customer-oriented, teamwork spirit and outgoing characters are preferred;
• Proficiency in PC applications and MS Office, proficiency in Excel Function (i.e. v-lookup, pivot table) is preferable;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
