Job Description:
  • Assist guests in checking-in and checking-out
  • Provide information to guests’ enquiries
  • Patrol hotel premises in order to ensure the safety and security of the guests, staff and Hotel
  • Offer concierge service to guests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years solid experience in Front Office operation
  • Diploma holder in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Management or related disciplines
  • Multi skills in administration and operations tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit would be an advantage
  • Less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
