Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales goals of our subscription service ‘MOTEX’.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities by cold calling, networking, and social media
- Identify the needs of potential clients and provide best fit solutions.
- Demonstrate the solutions ‘MOTEX’ to tackle client needs.
- Negotiating pricing and terms with potential clients
- Conduct client trainings of ‘MOTEX’ web-portal and mobile app.
- Prepare of contracts and documents in sales process.
- Formulate and execute business plan to maximize the business opportunities on our ranges of products and solutions.
- Provide after sales service and maintain good relationship with client to ensure their satisfaction.
- Handle the tendering process if any.

Specifications:
- Tertiary education in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience of B2B sales, business development in any industry.
- B2B Sales Experiences with client networks in engineering or construction industry is a definite advantage.
- Familiar with I.T. solution and IoT application are a definite advantage.
- Proficient in both written & spoken English and Chinese.
- Responsible, patient, organized and capable to work under pressure.
- Strong people management and interpersonal communication skills
