Responsibilities
- Provide all-rounded day-to-day HR task and operations, including recruitment, payroll process, HRIS maintenance, C&B framework & projects, policies and procedures etc;
- Provide all-rounded secretarial support to directors in the business and personal matters such as organize meeting schedule and appointments, travel arrangements, minutes and presentation materials;
- Provide all round office administration duties, including expenses reimbursement, petty cash, maintenance, medical claims etc;
- Participate in ad hoc HR and secretary projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- At least 3 years of working experience in human resources management, preferably from sizeable company;
- Solid understanding in Employment Ordinance and MPF Schemes Ordinance;
- Well-organized, independent, and strong sense of responsibility;
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and time management;
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
