Job duties:
- Support Commercial Director in the development of yearly business plan for the hotel in related segments.
- Drive business leads for the hotel in all revenue generating stream, maximizing revenue opportunities and exceeding the set targets.
- Build and strengthen business relationships with existing and new customers to expand business share.
- Execute business development initiatives, such as market research, sales blitz, telemarketing to identify new potential customers for the hotel.
- Organize regular client events for the sales team to cultivate and maintain key customer relationships.
- Anticipate guest’s needs through observation and offer prompt, efficient service either personally or through effective communication with other associates within and outside the sales & marketing department.
Requirements:
- Degree, diploma or equivalent professional hotel training is required;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in hotel industry;
- Proven track record in sales and marketing with extensive knowledge in hotel sales & marketing, revenue management and distribution;
- Logical and analytical thinker;
- High level of business acumen;
- Passion for hospitality industry and developing travel / internet business;
- Proactive, self-motivated and results-driven;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Good command of spoken and written English as well as Mandarin.
