Pastry Commis 初級西餅師 ($16K-$17K)

Madame Fu is a fabulous restaurant in Tai Kwun, Central with lounges, bars and private dining, renovated in a classic, colonial setting.  We merge contemporary Cantonese food and art with luxurious sophisticated service.

Job Duties  工作  : 

• Preparing, decorating & presenting the dishes
• 負責出品造型及裝飾, 以及店鋪後場工作
• Uphold the hygiene and food safety standard
• 確保出品質及生產過程之安全衛生, 按照指示和標準操作程序, 確保達到公司要求
• Handling the work arrangement of Chief
• 負責主廚安排的其他工作

Requirements 工作要求 :

• Form 5 or above, preferably with formal training in recognized technical institutes
• 中五或以上程度，有專業訓練更佳。
• A passionate baker
• 熱愛甜品製作
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• 1-2 年或以上相關經驗。
• Good team player and proactive learner.
• 有團隊精神及主動學習。
• Immediate availability most preferred
• 即時上班者優先考慮。
