Admin & HR Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report consolidation
  • Maintain and update employee attendance and leave record, MPF form and medical card
  • Assist to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staff engagement & communications, compensation & benefits and talent management
  • Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above or relative discipline
  • Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Fresh graduate would be considered
