Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel located at Wong Chuk Hang is currently looking for a Concierge Agent / Assistant.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain good customer care and respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers
• Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and the surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities
• Contact appropriate individual or department as necessary to resolve guest call, request, or problem
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval
• Arrange transportation (e.g., taxi cab, shuttle bus) for guests/visitors, and record advance transportation request as needed
• Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality related discipline
• With related working experience in hotel of similar capacity
• Good interpersonal skills and service-oriented
• Good command of English and Chinese
