Supervisor, Club Attendant Team

We are looking for a Supervisor, Club Attendant Team based at Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong!

As a Supervisor, Club Attendant Team, we rely on you to:

• Assign tasks to Club Attendants and monitoring the progress of work to ensure on-time completion according to established standards
• Greet guests in accordance with Wellness club standards, and to assist the wellness treatment guest with robe, slippers, and towels to the appropriate locker
• Monitor the work of the cleaning team for deep cleaning as scheduled in front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house areas in accordance with established policies and standards
• Ensure the services provided to meet all health and safety-related regulations in accordance with the club and hotel sanitation standards
• Controls all equipment and supplies issued and returns
• Maintains par stock on all supplies and parts
• Takes monthly inventory of all chemicals, supplies and equipment

We are looking for someone who has:

• Certificate in examination of education or related discipline
• Minimum 4 years solid experiences in Housekeeping / Public Area cleaning in hospitality or luxury club operations, at least 1 year of experience in supervisory level
• Able to converse, read and write English
• Knowledge of Cantonese and Mandarin
• Willingness to work in various work shifts
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Club Attendant
