主要職責

• 接聽熱線查詢，解答客人有關銀行服務或產品的查詢

• 跟進客人意見或投訴

入職要求

• 至少具備半年或以上工作經驗

• 以禮對待，守時及持認真工作態度

• 良好溝通技巧及能於壓力下工作

• 能操流利廣東話，英語及普通話者優先取錄

• 歡迎應屆畢業生

待遇

• 新人獎 $12,000
