We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Human Resources Assistant, we rely on you to:
- Assist to handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to staff engagement & communications, compensation & benefits and talent management
- Maintain an accurate and updated employee database
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, report consolidation
- Perform any other duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors
We are looking for someone who has:
- Holder of High Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management, Human Resources or any related discipline
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, command of Putonghua is an advantage
- Fresh graduate would be considered
