SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER

As SENIOR RESTAURANT MANAGER you will be wholly responsible for the day to day running and management of the restaurant reporting directly to the Director of the Group.
Your goal is to ensure all staff are motivated, excited and fully understand their job role – ensuring that every guest has the best experience whilst dining at Jaspas.

Requirements

• Three years or more experience with references in a similar position
• Skilled, Passionate, Creative & Well Organised
• Excellent Interpersonal, communication & leadership skills
• Reliable, Responsible & detailed orientated
• Strong Management Skills and highly motivated
• An eye for detail
• Ability to converse in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

Duties & Responsibilities

• The day to day running of the restaurant – ensuring smooth implementation & execution of the restaurants day to day operations
• Provide support and assistance to the Head Chef and his team
• Provide training to the floor staff on all aspects of their job
• Implement all new marketing promotions and to provide information and training to the staff of these new promotions
• Hiring and training of new staff
• Budget Management and Cost Control
• Guest Relations
• Supplier Relations
• Day to Day handling of all aspects of the restaurants administration
