We are looking for a Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie - Main Kitchen / All Day Dining / Staff Restaurant / Red Sugar / Dockyard based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie, we rely on you to:

  • Prepare food production according to the Chef's specification, requirements and recipes
  • Set up daily mis-en-place of the restaurant
  • Responsible for the display of food items and show pieces
  • Conduct food checks, review event orders and handle food preparation
  • Supervise the work of junior personnel remaining fair and impartial at all times

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant experience in related professions, with 2 years experience in a supervisory position
  • With strong understanding of the operation of relevant section including daily operation, cost control, procurement system, HACCP and work safety
  • Good team player and able to work under pressure
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Demi Chef de Partie
