Job Description:

  • Manage cashier counter and in control of the whole basement operation inclusive of a bookstore and workshop
  • Supervise and motivate staff
  • Provide training to staff
  • Initiate and implement marketing and promotion ideas for the wine bar, particular during festive periods
  • To carry out daily transaction summary
  • Keep stock and in custody of premium beverages. Order, replenishing and receiving stocks on delivery
  • Support events and activities held in the wine bar area
  • Inventory and maintaining the budgeted beverage cost each month


  • At least 4 years of experience in Food and Beverage or Wine Bar operation at management level
  • Extensive knowledge in wines and cocktails
  • Experience organize event, workshop and activities
  • Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and has a strong sense of responsibility
  • Passionate, independent and willing to take challenge
