Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the preparation and quality of food provided are consistently maintained as per standards.
- To prepare daily mise en place and assure that all sections are ready supplied with fresh and high quality products based on anticipated business levels.
- To ensure accurate maintenance of recipes and product specifications.
- Ensure smooth and effective communications within the operation
Job Qualifications:
- At least 3 year of experience in Food and Beverage Operations in an establishment with service standard pitched at deluxe level, preferably with pre and post opening experience.
- Excellent presentation, counseling and presentation skills.
- Fluent spoken Cantonese and preferably English.
