Supervisor/ Captain/ Senior Waiter/ Senior Waitress

Job Description:

• Responsible for reception and dining services to guests
• Perform routine duties in the restaurant like order-taking, table-setting, refilling condiments etc
• Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance, maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience
• Courteous, responsive and approachable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
