Job Description:

Responsible for reception and dining services to guests

Perform routine duties in the restaurant like order-taking, table-setting, refilling condiments etc

Forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance, maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement

Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service

Identify customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Requirements:

Minimum 2 year’s relevant experience

Courteous, responsive and approachable
-
Good communication and interpersonal skills
-
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
-
Fresh graduate will also be considered
