Job duties:
- Supervision of the entire Front Office team to ensure smooth operation and good services at all time;
- Directs and works with managers and team members to carry out procedures ensuring a welcoming and efficient work processes;
- Maximize on-day hotel rooms performance on occupancy and/or average rates daily;
- Ensure and excel guests’ satisfaction via effective guest services
Requirements:
- Holder of Diploma or above in Hotel Management;
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in hotel operations with at least 4 years in management level;
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills;
- Excellent leadership skills and should be able to supervise and train the team members;
- Flexible and adaptable to different changes and have good decision making skills;
- Strong sense of urgency and should be able to handle critical situations;
- Fluent spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Front Office Manager
