Job Description
- Provide prompt and excellent customer enquiry service through email, phone and instant messaging.
- Identifying customer needs and helping customers to solve their requests.
- Coordinate with shops and other teams to ensure customer orders are delivered on time.
- Update system with customer requests, orders, and delivery status.
- Resolve customer aftersales enquiries in timely and professional manner.
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holder in Customers Service or any related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service. Worked in Retail, Airline, Hospitality or Call Centre is much preferred.
- Experience in POS and CRM system preferred.
- Customer-oriented with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing.
- Good command in both written Chinese and English.
