Senior / Reservations Sales Agent

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Reservations Department to maximize revenue, efficiency and productivity
• Handle room reservations and blocks by providing excellent and professional service
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure important requests from guests are accommodated (e.g. handling transportation bookings, restaurants and spa bookings)
• Maintain accurate guest history and apply history to current reservations

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• Certificate / Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
• 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality industry
• Knowledgeable about hotel reservations practice, standards and procedures
• Proficiency in Computer Operation and MS Office
• Sound knowledge of Opera Hotel Information System is a definite advantage
• A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Reservations Sales Agent
