Demi Chef de Partie (Chinese / Japanese / Western / Pastry)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the food production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure the highest quality standard at all times

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

• F.5 or above
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience preferred
• Independent, responsible, multi-tasking and detail-oriented are desired qualities
• Must be well-versed in kitchen hygiene
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
• Good team player

• 負責準備西式快餐食材和烹調菜式，保持廚房日常運作

相關經驗及資歷要求

• F.5學歷或以上
• 3-5年款待業相關經驗
• 能夠獨立工作，具責任心，可同時處理多項任務和注重細節
• 必須精通廚房衛生
• 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
• 具備良好的廣東話會話能力，懂得基本英語和普通話
• 良好的團隊合作精神
