We are looking for a Membership Sales Executive based at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong!
As a Membership Sales Executive, we rely on you to:
- Handle membership administration processes associated with membership recruitment, retention, and relationships
- Manage and maintain member’s database, collecting membership payment, keeping membership database updates and promoting membership campaigns and activities of the wellness club
- Develop and implement sales strategies by using marketing and member’s data to generate leads, member referrals, corporate leads and membership retention
- Coordinate, communicate and create the awareness of membership promotions / campaigns and special events offered by Shangri-La’s Wellness Club
- Conduct in-depth competitor research and marketing trend analysis to create ongoing marketing campaigns, and identify potential targets and sales opportunities
- Work with wellness team to organize events to drive engagement in membership marketing
- Track, conduct sales data analysis, and review past and current sales performance to provide insights on sales improvement
- Work with Wellness and MARCOM in creating content strategies and promotional materials
- Prepare the monthly reports on the performance of the marketing campaigns
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor
We are looking for someone who has:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in similar capacity; preferably in hospitality industry or membership-based club operations
- Aggressive individual with good Initiative, organized and able to work under pressure
- Strong knowledge of membership service process and sales technique
- Sound knowledge in computer applications, Power BI and related survey technologies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
