Housekeeping Coordinator

We are looking for a Housekeeping Coordinator based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong!

As a Housekeeping Coordinator, we rely on you to:

  • Receive, record and transmit guest requests accurately
  • Be responsible for entering accurate room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain and update administrative data
  • Maintain key control and monitors lost property

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Certificate holder in Hospitality Management or related field
  • 1 year housekeeping experience preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with guests and colleagues
  • Good communication skills and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in PC application
  • Good command in English, Mandarin and Chinese
