Customer Care Officer 客戶服務主任

職責

• 透過即時通訊平台 (例：Whatsapp、 微信、FB、IG )、電子郵件和電話聯絡現有客戶及推廣商務中心其他服務
• 協助銷售團隊處理售前和售後查詢
• 與客戶維持良好的客戶關係並提供優質的客戶服務
• 為部門提供行政及文書支援
• 無須Cold call銷售

要求

• 香港中學會考/文憑試或以上
• 有客戶服務或電話銷售經驗者優先；
• 以客戶為中心，工作態度積極
• 性格外向，有責任感，注重細節；
• 良好粵語口語；
• 懂中英文文字處理。

Duties & Responsibilities

• Make warm calls / using instant message platform (e.g. Whatsapp, Wechat, FB, IG, Livechat & etc)  in providing accurate and update information to existing customers
• Assist Sales team to handle customer enquiries on pre-sales and after sales status
• Maintain good customers relationships and perform high quality customer service
• Provide administrative and operational support to Sales team
• Maintain and keep an updated record of the documents
• No cold- call selling is required

• HKCEE/ DSE or above
• Prior customer Service experience / telemarketer is  highly preferred;
• Customer-focused with positive working attitude, pleasant;
• Outgoing personality, responsible and attentive to details;
• Good command of spoken Cantonese;
• Chinese and English word processing.
