Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all tasks from the Guest Experience checklist are completed on a daily basis. Send relevant information and reports (such as VIP) to the relevant department
- To manage the flow of incoming calls and emails when required
- To meet and greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner assisting with luggage handling, rooming, and transportation arrangements as appropriate.
- Supervise associates in their assigned job duties
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Front Desk Officer.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years related hotel experience and preferable in Front Office
- Knowledge of Opera System is preferred
- Guest service oriented and good communication skills
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin with strong interpersonal skills
